
Our Recommended Exposure Schedule
Urban Oasis Sun has developed this guide to assist with determining the appropriate exposure times for our clients using our equipment. The guide is for a client's first exposure on an un-tanned skin. (no regular or consistent exposure to Sun Light for 3 consecutive months.) Exposure will also vary in accordance to each clients individual skin type and other variables e.g. Medications, allergies, which can and may affect a clients tanning capabilities or inabilities to tan. This schedule is only recommended at our tanning spa and also in accordance to the schedules set by the manufacturer.
Low Intensity Beds

Bed Type
(Regular Bed) Morning Sun Series Lamp
Maximum tan time 30 minutes
(2.6 UVB ratio to UVA)
Benefits:
- Aids in building a base tan for increased resistance to sunburn while on vacation.
- Allows individuals who are sensitive to Sunburn to gradually produce and build a healthy golden brown tan.
- Produces a deep exotic tan with long lasting colour.

Benefits:
- Aids in building a base tan for increased resistance to sunburn while on vacation.
- Allows individuals to increase colour on already tanned skin with a higher UVB exposure.
- Promotes a long lasting easy to maintain healthy glow.

Benefits:
- Allows clients with a dark skin or fair clients with a base tan to achieve a deep exotic glow.
- High UVA aids clients who may have problem skin conditions (e.g. Acne. Psoriasis etc.)
- Helps in maintaining your tan from your vacation getaways.

VIP Series and Signature Series Lamps. We combine low UVB % ratio bulbs with Higher UVA reflector bulbs. 48 bulbs.
Benefits:
- Our Stand up units allows for even colour everywhere.
- Higher UVA lamps (VIP Series) promotes dark exotic colour.
- Lower UVB on a high out bed minimizes risk of Burning even on a fair skinned client.
- Less Session time for Clients for who demand quick results with lots of colour.
