How we maintain our Tanning Equipment

  We understand the importance of maintaining our equipment for your benefit. We have set schedules to perform specific maintenance prctice to ensure our clients benefit from the power and performance of our beds at all times.

  A daily schedule, a monthly and a yearly. We also have a schedule for hours of use.

On a hourly basis

  Every 700 to 800 hrs of use for our low intensity beds we change our tanning lamps to ensure you always receive expected results.

  Every 400 to 500hrs on our high intensity beds we change our tanning lamps to ensure you always receive expected results.

  Every 1500hrs on our high intensty beds we change our acrylics to ensure no cracking occurs.

  Every 2000hrs on our low intensity beds we change our acrylics to ensure no cracking occurs.

On a daily basis

  After each use our beds are sprayed with a industry recommended germicidal disinfectant. Both bottom of the unit and top are thoroughly disinfected and sanitized.

On a monthly basis

  The full extrusion of the bed is thoroughly washed down preventing any grime or residue build up.

  The top and bottom acylic is removed and all blowers are checked for proper air flow. Acrylics are wiped down and any dust with in the unit is vacuumed.

  A thorough vacuum is done through out the entire tanning room.

On a yearly basis

  We take our beds completely apart to wash down all parts and vacuum within the unit and check for any defects or parts that may require replacement. All wiring is checked for loose wires and properly secured.

  Our tanning rooms also get thorough cleaning by washing down walls and baseboards. All vents are vacuumed and all accessories are in good working order.
